Delivery is simulated. Schedules run for real, on time, but nothing is emailed
or saved to SharePoint yet: each delivery is written to the server's outbox, so you can see
exactly what would have been sent. Click What was sent on any run.
Scheduled runs cannot read live Bullhorn yet. Nobody is signed in when a
schedule runs, so it needs its own Bullhorn account, which has not been set up. Until then,
runs here will fail with that message. Reports still run normally when you are signed in.

Everyone can see what is scheduled. Only the person who set a schedule up can change, pause or delete it. How scheduling works
New schedule
You can use {report}, {date} and {rows} in the subject and message. The standard details (when it ran, how many rows, the attachment) are always added underneath.
